What Influences Your Success - and How To Make It Better: Thoughts

Most people are completely unaware of how massive an impact their thoughts have on them. This is by far one of the biggest influences in your life, and what you think about is crucial. Your thoughts send suggestions to the subconscious mind - and your subconscious will always make you right, whether the things you think about are wanted or unwanted. Your mind is actually very sensitive and it can totally affect your life from the inside out and show up as your creations or manifestations. Your feelings and emotions are your indicators of what you are thinking. Your life experiences are the evidence of what you have been thinking, for thoughts always become things.

If you want to create something new in your life, you simple need to refocus and to "deliberately" think new thoughts. That means thoughts you weren't thinking before. If your thoughts have been negative ("I can't," "Good things never happen to me" "I'm just not lucky in anything"), take a wider perspective and get general in your thinking ("My bed is so comfortable" "I can ease off from all this pushing to MAKE things happen" "Today I'm going to notice 5 things that are pretty to my eyes, soft to my touch or smell really good." The law of physics says for every action there's an equal and opposite reaction. So rather than push against, change the stream of thought and float on it if it feels good to you.

The important thing is that you have a critical level of mind power already existing before thoughts have any real power. If you are happy and focused about one area, your success will start showing up in other areas that you haven't even "worked" on. The power of attraction and allowing good things to come to you overwhelmingly beats the process of struggle and pain. Athletes love to do this visualization process in seeing their triumphs before they even happen. They experience the euphoria even before the event occurs. They stay focused as their subconscious mind easily and effortlessly guides them to success with the path of least resistance. Just as you can't light a light bulb if you don't put enough electricity through it, similarly, you will manifest your goals and desires when your thoughts are strong, focused, sure and steady - and you are happy and content with what is for you know there's so much more on its way to you.
